Just been to this vet today for a second opinion on my rabbit. Really impressed with the surgery and staff as a whole. Very friendly and curtious without pressuring you into unnecessary treatment. Really felt at ease with Mahala and there was no rush at all. Would highly recommend.

All of the staff here, the receptionists and vet were extremely helpful when I came in for my dogs annual booster last week. My dog is known to be reactive towards other dogs and cats but the staff went above and beyond to accommodate him. I'm extremely grateful and cannot thank them enough!

We have been using Vets4Pets Wigan for a long time, Harvey is now a 16 year old Jack Russell with several ongoing health issues mainly Cushing’s Disease but they are dealt with quickly and professionally by Mahala and her team, he’s still enjoying a good quality of life due to superb veterinary care, medications and regular blood tests which gives Mahala the info she needs to make sure the medication is working correctly which is important with Cushings Disease. I would not take him to any other vet unless it was an out of area emergency on holiday etc. Everyone at the practice is amazing, receptionists, nursing team, veterinary team, it’s just a well managed practice with knowledgeable staff that do care about your pet.

The reception staff are always so kind and calm. The vets always take the time to explain things clearly to me and try and make the stressful trip for my rat babies as easy as possible. Chip is feeling much better after his visit

My cat and my kitten transferred to here from Anrich and honestly couldn’t Ask for a better vet’s. They all absolutely loved nacho and simba mother and son! Both had their neutering and castration done there and always messaging day after to check up! So good wouldn’t go anywhere else!! Thankyou for all your help and my 1 million’s questions haha 🩵🩷 Absolute credit to all the staff including receptionist 🙂
