All the staff are brilliant. Had to change my cat's ownership details and the receptionist was super helpful and really kind with it all. Same with our vet, seen her and the others plenty of times with other pets and they're always so good. Makes our pets feel safe and happy, you can tell they enjoy what they do.

They’ve done something to their online appointment form preventing you from booking online. It used to always work, and now I can never book healthy pet checks or nail clips for my cats on the form, but I can for dogs. It pretends every time slot is unavailable. Hard to believe it’s simply broken as it’s been like this for several months now. It feels like it’s being prevented on purpose.

I have been attending Rufford veterinarian surgery for a long time and have always found the consultants and staff at Rufford veterinary surgery, very polite and friendly ,and would truly and highly recommend it to all my family and friends with pets . I have always felt happy and reassured when leaving the surgery..
