The vets here have been so great with our dog. We were previously at a big chain who cost at least £200 each time and would insist on muzzling our dog every time. Rosemary vets never muzzle and take the time to put our dog at ease. I couldn’t be happier. Our most recent visit only cost £28 - they always try to find us ways to save money. I am so glad we moved. My dog is happier and so am I.

I am deeply disappointed with the treatment we received from receptionist Mel at Rosemary Avenue Vets. Our experience began with Mia’s eye infection, which was initially treated by Dr. Cosar (VetsNow). Unfortunately, her condition was not properly diagnosed or treated, and it worsened to the point where Mia tragically lost her eye from what seemed a simple issue. It was heartbreaking, and I can’t help but wonder if a more careful assessment and treatment could have prevented this outcome. The surgeon even pointed out that the issue diagnosed (cyst about the size of a pin tip) he’s never seen it changed at that pace. After Mia’s surgery, we went to Rosemary Avenue Vets for her post-op check. Here, our experience was made even more painful by the receptionist Mel. Despite having already paid £1,200 and working on a payment plan recommended by their team, Mel refused to let us see the vet until the full balance was settled. She asked me to complete a payment form on my phone, which kept failing due to no signal, while my daughter and I sat visibly upset in front of others. Her cold and dismissive attitude was deeply unkind and unprofessional. The only positive aspects of our visits were Dr. Yuting Windy Chen, who showed genuine empathy and kindness, and another receptionist who handled the situation with understanding. They reminded me what compassionate care should look like. I want to emphasise that aside from these two negative experiences, the other vets and staff at both clinics were professional and compassionate. However, the treatment administered by Dr. Cosar at Wood Street and Mel’s behaviour at Rosemary Avenue left us heartbroken and deeply disappointed.

I've got 2 male furr babies, one ginger moggie and one maine coon. Mr. Roman is always gentle with my both cats and he is the best at explaining the problem and the solution. He will work around and try to find the best there is for your pet and he will also put your mind at ease. It is always difficult to find competent vet practices, and I am happy to have moved in the area and enjoy their services. The reception staff, they are always welcoming and helpful so the whole experience is just amazing. I am very grateful! Thank you all at Rosemary Ave Vet, especially to vet Roman. You are Milo's favourite veterinarian. 😊

An excellent veterinary practice. I wouldn’t entrust the care of my two Maine Coons anywhere else. Highly recommended. I have been at this practice for 30+ years and would never go anywhere else ♥️.Chloe Chaplin is our favourite vet due to her high levels of expertise and emotional intelligence making both my boys and ourselves feel at ease and confident in the care they are receiving.

I spent ages looking for a good vet for my 1 year old Mimi and decided to take her here for her Spaying. I’m so glad I did. The ladies at reception were so lovely and the Consultation with the vet was helpful and reassuring. The nurse who explained the aftercare was super nice and had great energy about her. Surgery went as expected and well and I collected Mimi at around 4pm so they can monitor her for a bit after surgery. They also gave her a post surgery suit but she absolutely hated being in it 😂 but I’m not surprised as she is a free spirit and went a little crazy in the car so unfortunately we had to remove it and use a soft donut cone. Very thankful for the staff and care here as I’ve had so many bad experiences with Medivet in the past years and it’s refreshing to be at a good Vet practice. Glad I made the move . Thank you ☺️
