Exceptional, individual, most caring and wonderful vets that I have ever known. I have many animals with this practice and I wouldn’t trust any of them anywhere else. Elliot and his wonderful, understanding team are just amazing. Always go out of their way to provide first class care for your pets. They go well over and above what is expected of them and saved the life of my beautiful dog, Doris last year after she became extremely sick . She was treated as one of their own. I simply cannot recommend this amazing and talented practice enough. Huge thank you.

Wouldn't go to any other vets. All of the staff are amazing here. Always taking the time to explain everything and allow for questions about even the little things. They are really thorough without just doing things to charge more and are considerate of your choices. Our cat sadly had to be put down last year, they couldn't have done more for us, from taking her in when she wasn't quire herself, to doing tests and then diagnosis, they didnt push, explained everything so we understood our options, and helped us through the final decision with overwhelming compassion. Now we have a puppy, and we didnt hesitate to take her there for the same first rate care.

Elliot and team have always provided excellent care for our dogs, including our elderly dog with renal and liver issues who was supported by the practice to remain comfortable with a good quality of life until the difficult decision at the end. The staff have all been helpful, responsive to our dogs needs and provided compassionate and dignified support and care when needed. Thank you

We have 5 dogs at this practice 4 being golden retrievers Recently our 3 girls were neutered and we were really happy with there operations and the aftercare they received. Unfortunately a while ago my youngest girl had an accident and the team here were so helpful and did a lovely job of helping her and making her better. They stayed behind after hours which really put our minds at rest. I can’t recommend Elliot and his team enough and this is such a lovely practice.

Our various cats have been registered with Potter House (and prior to that, Barn Lodge) for years and we have always received excellent care. They’ve seen us through some really tough times and when one of our cats had a very serious accident last year their care went above and beyond. I would absolutely recommend them. Thank you so much
