On Monday through Friday, the clinic is open from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, on Saturdays from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and on Sundays from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.

The veterinary nurses department has only one nurse, Mrs Tanya de Mare, who is a qualified RVN.
