  Cant praise them enough! Saw our staffy immediately and put my mind at rest, no overcharging and his medicine sorted him out very quickly. I tell everyone to go there with their dog or cat!

  cant fault this vet practice. I have been around the blocks looking for answers for my dog, spending so much money and getting nowhere. 1 appointment gave me answers and improved the quality of life for my dog without breaking the bank. The vets and staff are so thorough, kind and approachable. I am so glad I was recommended this practice. I will be sure to recommend to anyone

  It’s so refreshing to be with a vet who genuinely cares about your animals. You can feel their commitment to your pet’s best interests every time you visit. Last year we had to get our eldest dog PTS and it was heartbreaking. Zoe was incredibly compassionate and even came out to the car to make our girl’s experience as relaxing and dignified as possible. Our other dogs are also with them and we’ve seen a range of the vets. Honestly, they’re all wonderful, as well as the lovely reception staff. Even if they weren’t a not-for-profit vet clinic we’d still use them. But the fact that they are is even more brilliant. We live in Holywell and more than happy to travel for the care and attention they provide. Thank you.

  Moved my dog Walter to this vets so that he can have the care off Zoe. The building itself is fantastic as there is so much room to move around with your pets. The staff are great, they dont just walk past you they are polite and acknowledge you, which straight away puts you at ease. The care and patience that was given to Walter by the vet Zoe is off the charts, she took her time, kept him calm and truly cared. What a fantastic vet to see. If anyone is looking for a practice then this is where to go, also the prices they charge, I think are very reasonable and nothing is pushed onto you. Amazing place we'll done everyone who works here.

  The best vet we have ever had to deal with. Always friendly and helpful, never judgemental. Always excited to see our 3 dogs and our dogs are always so happy and relaxed at the vet in Rhyl. We have never had a bad experience and even seeing the experience of others whilst in the waiting room, we can confidently say that it is great experiences for all. From general check ups, emergency treatment, advanced diagnostics and even helping with insurers, every member of the team here have been great. Thank you from, Leo, Wren and Cali.
